Mrs. Lidiya Dikova

Mrs. Lidiya Dikova is a well-reputed lawyer, member of the Sofia Bar Association, practicing as a lawyer since 1980. She is a graduate of Sofia University Saint Kliment Ohridski.

Transactions in the area of real estates and construction: Since 1990 Mrs. Dikova has been consulting and working with several construction companies, providing services including: research and verification of the legal status of lands and properties, acquisition of lands and properties, establishment of construction rights, assistance in the course of construction process and consultation on contracts signed in the process of construction; negotiation, preparation of preliminary and final (notary deed) contracts for sale of units under construction or completed units; consultation and procedural representation in case of court disputes (private and administrative). Property management, including leasing out of properties.

Mrs. Violeta Dikova

Mrs. Violeta Dikova is a lawyer, member of the Sofia Bar Association. She is a graduate of Sofia University Saint Kliment Ohridski, as well as of the City University – Seattle. She has made further specializations in English and German programs. In 2003 she participated in an international project in the Cosenza, Italy. In 2003-2004 Mrs. Dikova was a part of the International and European Programs Department at the Ministry of Justice of Bulgaria, and worked shortly for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – International Law Department. Since mid 2004 she became a member of the Sofia Bar Association and since then is practicing as a lawyer, specializing in corporate and real estates law.

Transactions in the area of real estates and construction: until recently she has been working mainly with two foreign investors – developers of commercial sites who have invested about 80 000 000 Euro in acquisition of SPVs, lands and properties over the last two years. Acquisition of agricultural lands and assistance together with a layout expert for the change of usage of the land and issue of construction permits; acquisition of in-town lands and properties, including developed sites; structuring of acquisition transactions – pure purchase of real estates, or establishment of joint-ventures, or purchase of shares of existing companies, or establishment of SPVs; consultations on all agreements accompanying the process of survey and design of lands, through drafting and approval of architectural plans and sale and/or leasing out of completed units and other depending on the specific case and requirements of the client. Providing assistance in the process of negotiations, execution of legal due diligence of properties and companies, drafting of preliminary and final agreements. Property management, including leasing out of properties.
